Copolymer bearing housings are the junction point between the outer bearing casing and the inner surface of a steel or polymer pipe. The process of pumping the bearing housing allows it to self-center. In the absence of rigid seat alignment, the edge pressure of the rollers on the rolling tracks increases, and the bearing life is dramatically reduced.
For mounting the bearing housing, the inner part of the pipe is pre-extruded, which allows to remove the ellipse caused by poor manufacturing or deformation during storage and transportation.
Our production offers two main types of bearing housings:
● those in need of maintenance;
● those that do not require maintenance.
Those in need of maintenance – it is possible to replace the bearing and a place for mounting the labyrinth seal.
Maintenance-free – does not allow replacement of the bearing as it is mounted inside before injection, but all kinds of seals are possible:
● felt-saturated felt;
● rubber cuffs;
● labyrinth seal.
Bearing housings are manufactured for steel pipes with outer diameter 76, 89, 102, 108, 114, 127, 133, 152, 159 mm, which are widely used.
Bearings 204, 205, 304, 305, 306, 307 mm are possible under standard pipe diameter.
